Hi, my friends and community — I’m so grateful you’re here.
The Reason
This August I’m recording my second album at Thump studio in Brooklyn, and I’m looking for support to do it right: recording with delicate microphones, a console with hardware gear, old-school iconic instruments — and a band of dear friends for whom music is a livelihood, paid as well as I can afford.
I would truly love to involve you. With the merch below, or demos, studio updates, photographs, which song is my mom’s favorite, what a song was written about — let me know how I can best reach your artistic appreciation ahead of the release of this album.

The Cost Breakdown
Recording
3 days x studio day rate: $1,500
3 days x engineer day rate: $1,000
3 days x core trio musicians: min. $750
3 days x additional musicians: $1,000
Post Production
Mixing and mastering*: $2,500
*Estimated based on rates I’ve encountered in the past
Distribution
Independent distributor fees: $150
Any blessing in excess of this goal will go toward making and releasing promotional material for this album’s release, including music videos, physical media, concert booking, and PR.
